What do we do with your data in accordance with privacy legislation (GDPR-AVG)? We use this data for recruitment purposes on behalf of our clients. When you contact us, you are registering to be considered for a new permanent position or a new interim assignment. We only store the personal data provided by you in our database. We also process your personal data to manage our database and to contact you. This enables us to inform you about new vacancies or interim assignments and invite you to activities related to recruitment. The legal basis for processing your personal data for recruitment purposes is your “consent.” By providing your data to The Dutch Connections, you explicitly consent to the processing of your personal data for the recruitment purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. For recruitment purposes, we process your personal data such as your contact details, photos, information related to recruitment (CV, work experience, education details, etc.), and correspondence with The Dutch Connections regarding job applications, including references. For recruitment purposes, we retain your personal data for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process. If we reasonably expect to have other interesting vacancies for you in the near future, we may retain your personal data for these purposes. We store your data unless indicated otherwise by you. Your personal data is only provided to our clients with your consent. We never disclose personal data to third parties without your consent.
